Renata D. Johnson - ABOUT RENATA'

Renata' is originally from Hampton, Virginia. Her family relocated during her earlier childhood to Littleton, NC, where she grew up and found her love for reading and writing.At a young age Renata' began telling fairytale stories to her younger family members. Her imagination could capture their attention better than any fairytale book She attended Shaw University in Raleigh NC. Where she became involved in the theatrical arts department. Her love for public speaking, acting and writing blossomed during those years. She began writing short stories and began a freelance writing career. Her greatest love is African-American literature. Renata' currently still resides in North Carolina with her family where she is working on her next novel. When she is not writing you can find her enjoying activities with her children or curled up with a bestseller for an escape from reality.
